Get the REALM Connect app
Put the REALM community on your phone's home screen. One tap opens your groups, the latest posts and your country group, with no app store and no big download. It works on Android, iPhone, tablets and computers.

You opened this page inside Facebook or Messenger. Apps can't be installed from there. Open it in your phone's own browser first:
- Tap the three dots ⋮ or … at the top right.

- Open this page in Chrome.
- Tap the three dots ⋮ at the top right of the screen.
- Tap Add to Home screen. On some phones it says Install app.
- Tap Install (or Add).
- You are using Samsung Internet. Tap the three lines ☰ at the bottom right.
- Tap Add page to.
- Tap Home screen.
- Tap Add.
iPhone or iPadAny recent iPhone or iPad
- Open this page in Safari (the blue compass).
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (at the top on an iPad).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add at the top right.
Windows laptop or computerAlso Chromebooks
- Open this page in Chrome or Edge.
- Look at the right end of the address bar at the top. Click the small Install icon (a screen with a down arrow).
- Click Install.
Can't see the icon? In Chrome click the three dots ⋮ at the top right, then Cast, save and share, then Install page as app. In Edge click the three dots …, then Apps, then Install this site as an app.
REALM Connect then opens in its own window. You'll find it in the Start menu and can pin it to the taskbar.
MacMacBook, iMac, Mac mini
In Safari
- Click File in the menu bar at the very top of the screen.
- Click Add to Dock.
- Click Add. REALM Connect appears in your Dock.
In Chrome or Edge
- Click the small Install icon at the right end of the address bar.
- Click Install.
After it's installed
- Find the REALM Connect icon (the REALM arrows on dark green) with your other apps and tap it.
- It opens full screen, like any other app. Press and hold the icon on Android to jump straight to the latest posts.
- It keeps itself up to date. You never need to install it again.
Weak signal? The app only loads the page you open, so it's light on mobile data. If the signal drops, you'll see a friendly "You're offline" page instead of an error.
